"Incubation Manager"

Job Description

  • Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory
  • Warehouse the products as per company's instruction and nature of product
  • Prepare regular reports and update it as per company instruction
  • Check and verify that items received are as per the purchase order and the rates at which the items have been billed correct
  • Monitor inventory levels at all times and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely order placement
  • Plan for future capacity requirement and ensure the quality of storage place
  • Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Problem Solving
  • Proactive to learn and perform
  • Capable to meet deadlines
